Flagship projects - „Prioritized measures and activities“
Energising Development Indonesia (EnDev Indonesia) is contributing to the gender-sensitive provision of sustainable access to modern energy technologies, such as mini-grids for poorer households, social welfare bodies and small and medium-sized enterprises. Women are actively involved in the management of mini-grids. Partner organisations receive advice on setting up gender-sensitive monitoring systems.
In Mexico, the national women's network for renewable energies and energy efficiency that was founded in 2016 is being supported. Through workshops and other events, the network nurtures the technical and business skills of women in the hitherto male-dominated sustainable energy sector.
